For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please submit all claims and/or refunds to firstname.lastname@example.org. Do explain the problem along with pictures to support your claims. By default, all purchases are only refundable in the event of circumstances such as damaged goods and/or wrong goods shipped.
